If your employer refers you here then your costs for counselling will be covered as we will bill the Employee Assistance Provider directly.

If you are receiving Rehabilitation Services because you are ‘off work’ your Provider (Insurance or Employer) has a contract with us and will pay for this also.

Some therapist’s fees can range up to $150.00 per hour.

Our goal is to make our services AFFORDABLE.

Ø Our individual and family counselling fees are on a 'sliding scale' ranging from $40.00 to $80.00 per hour, according to income.

Ø We do not ask you to disclose your salary but you can decide where you feel comfortable in paying. A flat $30.00 is charged for those unemployed or on Social Assistance.

Ø Each 1/4 hour over the hour is 25% of the fee per hour.

The fee is set before the beginning of the first session and agreed upon. Payment is at the end of each service either by cash or check and receipts are provided.

* The first session can be 1.5 hours and in the case of couples 2.0 hours in doing an assessment and deriving a case-plan for effective work.
